Due to the resignation of Jim Cochran, the Meadow Ridge Subdivision HOA Board
of Trustees has scheduled a Special Meeting.
A PDF of the ballot/proxy for the single family homes is attached below.. It is vital everyone
participate by returning the completed ballot. All residents casting their ballot/proxy.
must be members in good standing to be valid.
Ballot/ Proxies being mailed or dropped off at the clubhouse must be received by
3 p.m. September 14, 2017 to count toward the election.
This serves as notice that a Special Homeowners Association Meeting has been
scheduled for:
